Our drop off cooler is open 24/7 Monday -Sunday. When you enter our drop off space, walk into our warm check in room where you will fill out a cutting form, M&G Manila tag and if needed an orange mount tag. After the tags are filled out please fasten them onto your deer and proceed to the drop off cooler. Please remember your M&G pick up number located on your manila tag. That number is what you will give us to pick up your deer. We usually suggest taking a picture. For the orange mount tag please make sure you mark what kind of mount of you want. That will ensure our skinning team knows how to cape your mount out. Please also write on the orange tag if you are using one of our taxidermists (Poole’s or Wildlife) who will pick up at our location or if you are picking it up to use your own taxidermist.
** All deer MUST be field dressed.
We only accept whole deer or deboned meat**


Get out of the weather for a few minutes in our warm check in room to fill out your cut sheet and tag.

Once you receive a call that your products are ready for pickup you will go into our pickup doors and give one of our team members your M&G pick up number so we can correctly collect all of your products out of our freezer or cooler. Please have that pick-up number handy! That number is how we track your deer from start to finish.
Products should be picked up with in a 2-week time frame to ensure we have space in our coolers and freezers.
There is a $5 discount for cash payments
